Modularizing process packages and skids is a cost-effective alternative to traditional stick-build process systems. Chemical Injection Package designed to suit the purpose of both onshore and offshore industries with basic configuration includes chemical storage tank, dosing pumps, piping, valves and instrumentation, and electrical controls all mounted on a single package base frame.

For offshore, where there is severe space constraint, chemical tanks can be custom-built to suit end-user space considerations and depending on the requirement for more than one chemical/injection point, chemicals can be stored in different compartments of the storage tank which can be placed on the same package base frame.

A metering skid is an engineered solution dedicated to the measurement of gas or liquid products, pre-assembled on a steel support. The metering skids also perform additional treatments such as filtration, pressure reduction by means of valves and flow control. It is a key component of the plant that allows to measure the products according to volume based or mass-based flow rates.

Metering skids performs the all-important duty of custody transfer of the products and having a financial value or estimate for that transaction.
